Our mental health and wellness workshops provide a more immersive, hands-on learning experience. These half-day workshops (approximately 4-hours) allow for deeper engagement and additional insights and practical exercises.

Foundations of Mental Health and Wellbeing
Dr. Nicole Legg (PhD) provides a half-day workshop on the foundations of mental health and wellbeing. This engaging, participatory workshop helps attendees better understand their mental health and consider what they can start doing to improve their mental health. Through teaching, exercises, and active participation, this workshops equips attendees with knowledge about what mental health is, why it can change over time, how to discuss mental health in a way that is appropriate and inclusive, and actionable steps to start protecting and promoting their mental health. This workshop provides audience members with the knowledge and tools to understand their own mental health, be sensitive to others’ mental health, increase their mental health and wellness intelligence.
Creating a Psychologically Safe Workplace: Practical Strategies for Success
In this interactive wellness workshop, Steven Mah (MSc., CRSP) provides actionable strategies to foster psychological health and safety in the workplace.
